中國旭陽(01907.HK)斥約24.5億人幣組合夥投資煤化工行業
中國旭陽集團(01907.HK)公佈,附屬「河北旭陽能源」與「長城天津」同意共同成立有限合夥企業「蕪湖長餘」。蕪湖長餘將主要從事煤化工行業的投資活動,包括但不限於股權投資、債務投資、併購及重組,預期集團於蕪湖長餘的權益將作爲金融資產計入公司的綜合財務報表。
合夥人向蕪湖長餘作出的初步出資承諾總額約24.5億元人民幣(下同),當中河北旭陽能源出資24.5億元,而長城天津同意出資1萬元。於蕪湖長餘成立後,其將由長城天津管理,管理費將根據合夥協議向長城天津支付。
