格隆匯3月24日丨金融街物業(01502.HK)公吿,截至2021年12月31日止年度收入,同比增加約11.85%至約人民幣13.2億元。公司擁有人應占利潤約為人民幣1.38億元,同比增長增長約31.29%。董事會建議派發截至2021年12月31日止年度的2021年建議末期股息每股人民幣0.222元(税前),派息比例約為60.16%,以現金形式派發。
於2021年12月31日,集團的在管建築面積由2020年12月31日的約24.72百萬平方米增加35.51%至約33.50百萬平方米。年內新增在管建築面積中,來源於獨立第三方面積佔比約為78.38%。
合資合作方面,公司堅持合作共贏的發展理念,在2021年與多家合作方建立合資合作關係,成立了6家物業服務類合資公司,分別是德州金融街地標都物業管理有限公司,北京金融街新城物業管理有限責任公司,北京武夷融御物業服務有限公司,湖北金融街第一太平戴維斯物業管理有限公司,東營金融街物業管理有限公司,以及北京鼎業金融街第一太平戴維斯物業管理有限公司。該等合資公司均將在現有開發資源的背景下,為物業項目提供高品質服務,同時整合各股東方資源優勢,拓寬合作邊界,進一步拓展周邊物業管理及相關市場。
集團亦不斷尋求外延增長機會,秉承對股東負責的原則,就符合股東利益的收購機會進行積極推進。2021年6月,集團分別就關於兩家物業服務公司的可能收購事項與賣方簽署有關收購兩封交易意向書。
