格隆匯3月24日丨雍禾醫療(02279.HK)公吿，截至2021年12月31日止年度全年業績，集團收入同比增加32.4%至21.69億元；經調整純利同比增加32.8%至1.81億元。集團每股基本盈利截至2020年12月31日止年度為人民幣0.39元，截至2021年12月31日止年度為人民幣0.29元。
董事會已議決建議派發截至2021年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民幣0.076元(相當於0.093港元)，惟須待股東於股東周年大會上批准。末期股息預期將於2022年9月20日或前派發予股東。
作為中國領先的專門從事毛髮醫療服務的醫療集團，公司提供涵蓋植髮、醫療養固、常規養護及其他配套服務的一站式毛髮醫療服務。公司專注於提供植髮醫療服務，同時不斷拓展業務邊界。公司於2019年開始提供醫療養固服務，以"店中店"的模式在每家植髮機構建立史雲遜醫學毛髮中心。截至2021年12月31日，公司在全國53個城市擁有54家醫療機構，為中國最大的及覆蓋城市最廣的連鎖植髮醫療集團。
受益於公司廣泛的全國醫療機構網絡，以及植髮醫療服務與醫療養固服務的整合，公司的業務獲得了快速的增長。
雄厚的運營能力，讓公司能有效控制成本、提高運營效率和盈利能力。在提高醫療運營效率方面，報吿期內，公司實現了每台手術醫護配台比從1:5到1:4的效率提升，提高了患者的手術舒適度，也有效地提升了公司的手術室利用效率及醫護團隊人效。
截至2021年12月31日，集團營運中的所有醫療機構平均約3個月實現首次收支平衡，現金投資回收期(指累計經營現金流可收回初始投資所需的時間)平均約為14個月。
脱髮是毛髮相關的主要問題，中國市場對毛髮有關治療的需求很高。根據弗若斯特沙利文的資料，中國毛髮醫療服務市場2020年的規模為人民幣184億元，預計以複合年增長率22.3%的速度於2030年增長至人民幣1,381億元。2021年公司接待的患者總人數約達14.99萬，較2020年約9.11萬患者人數增加64.5%。
公司預測，這一增長趨勢將持續。通過打造一站式毛髮醫療服務平台，憑藉有利的行業前景、集團的市場領導地位及已經建立的品牌知名度，公司相信能夠把握該高速發展市場的重大機遇。
