中國交通建設(01800.HK)：華夏中國交建高速公路封閉式基礎設施證券投資基金獲批註冊
格隆匯3月23日丨中國交通建設(01800.HK)披露公開募集基礎設施證券投資基金的建議分拆及上市進展。
公司已於2021年11月9日向上交所和中國證監會正式提交申報材料。2021年11月15日，華夏中國交建高速公路封閉式基礎設施證券投資基金("基礎設施公募REITs")獲得中國證監會和上交所受理。
基礎設施公募REITs底層資產為湖北中交嘉通高速公路發展有限公司("中交嘉通")持有的武漢至深圳高速公路嘉魚至通城段("嘉通高速")及其附屬設施，嘉通高速主線全長90.975公里，起於湖北省咸寧市嘉魚縣，止於咸寧市通城縣，途經赤壁市、崇陽縣等地。嘉通高速於2013年10月正式開工，2019年10月通過竣工驗收，決算總投資88.18億元。嘉通高速的南段和北段分別於2016年2月6日和2016年8月28日通車收費，收費期限均為30年。
2022年3月16日，此次基礎設施公募REITs的基金管理人華夏基金管理有限公司("華夏基金")收到上交所於3月16日出具的《關於對華夏中國交建高速公路封閉式基礎設施證券投資基金上市及中信證券–中交投資高速公路1號資產支持專項計劃資產支持證券掛牌轉讓無異議的函》(上證REITs(審)〔2022〕1號)，上交所對基礎設施公募REITs上市及中信證券–中交投資高速公路1號資產支持專項計劃資產支持證券掛牌轉讓無異議。
2022年3月23日，華夏基金收到中國證監會出具的《關於准予華夏中國交建高速公路封閉式基礎設施證券投資基金註冊的批覆》(證監許可〔2022〕600號)，准予註冊基礎設施公募REITs，主要內容如下：一、准予華夏基金註冊基礎設施公募REITs，基金類型為契約型封閉式，基金合同期限為40年。二、准予基金的募集份額總額為10億份。三、同意華夏基金為基金管理人，中國農業銀行股份有限公司為基金的基金託管人。四、華夏基金應自批覆下發之日起6個月內進行基金的募集活動，募集期限自基金份額髮售之日起不得超過3個月。
