建聯集團(00385.HK)預期2021年淨利下跌超過30%
格隆匯3月23日丨建聯集團(00385.HK)公吿,根據董事會目前所得資料,雖然集團各業務分類業績於下半年有所改善,但集團預期截至2021年12月31日止年度錄得溢利淨額將較截至2020年所錄得溢利淨額1.438億港元下跌超過30%。董事會認為溢利淨額下跌主要由於以下因素:
(a)集團建築部門上半年竣工項目錄得成本超支。超支原因部分是由於過去兩年社會動盪及疫情造成相關延誤。同時,近期獲授予項目因營運時間較短,致使新項目溢利貢獻未能抵銷舊有已竣工項目虧損;(b)集團收入上升,惟材料及物流成本上漲而導致毛利率減少。此外,疫情造成相關延誤亦導致項目表現欠佳;及(c)2021年香港政府提供防疫補貼減少,由去年度8020萬港元減至本年度320萬港元。
