格隆匯3月23日丨1957 & CO.(08495.HK)發佈公吿,2022年3月23日,公司擁有60%的附屬公司Modern Shanghai (YOHO Midtown) Restaurant Limited(作為租户)與新鴻基代理就租用物業(租期為四年,自2022年4月19日起至2026年4月18日止,租户可選擇續期額外兩年至2028年4月18日)訂立要約函件,以於將軍澳東港城增設一間餐廳,該餐廳將以“家上海”為商品名稱提供淮陽╱上海菜。
