1400名光明“牛”人放棄回家做“牛爸媽”，為了守護上海奶源
“上海人的血液裏有一半是光明牛奶”，這句在朋友圈刷屏的話，道出了疫情下，市民對牛奶的需要。作為上海乳製品供應底板，光明乳業為守護市民“奶瓶子”，開足馬力保障供應，踐行“讓市民生活離不開光明”的企業理念。
很多人不知道，除了每天與市民見面的送奶員、門店銷售人員外，還有一羣“看不見”的光明人正默默堅守崗位——他們就是光明養牛人。他們為大家舍小家，將所有精力投入在養好牛這一件事上，守護城市奶源，默默奉獻光明力量。據瞭解，光明乳業共有1400名牧場員工進入封閉管理狀態。這羣光明“牛”人，雖然不經常出現在市民視野裏，卻也是這個城市防疫一線的重要一環。
自3月16日起，上海最大的奶牛場——光明乳業金山牧場實施封閉管理。深知保障奶源安全的重要性，光明“牛”人義無反顧。
沈峯、吉合玲是金山牧場的一對年輕夫妻，有兩個年幼的孩子需要照顧。得知需要封場管理後，他們主動帶頭住進用集裝箱改建的居住點，把孩子託付給家裏老人。小夫妻説，“特殊時期，孩子可以交給父母，但是奶牛隻有我們，我們要做好牛寶寶的‘爸爸媽媽’。”
衞炳章已在光明乳業崇明躍二牧場工作了30多年，在疫情防控工作上積累了豐富的經驗。駐場工作以來，他每天帶領全場人員對所有區域進行噴殺消毒，不放過任何一個角落。他還主動承擔起防疫信息宣傳工作，每天組織防疫工作總結會，幫助全場員工築牢防疫工作思想防線。他説:“我現在是滿身都是消毒水味，但為了牧場的安全，為了市民奶源的放心，我願意一直做那個消毒人”。
冷，是光明乳業申豐牧場質量部門打奶工吳榮軍最真實的感受。這幾天，上海正逢“倒春寒”，凌晨時分的氣温尤其低。由於奶車在運輸途中要接受各種防疫檢查，往往半夜才能到達牧場，吳榮軍的工作時間也由此延後，需要在凌晨往返於收奶間和奶車之間，檢查奶車衞生，並將生奶送到車上。他説：“我的工作是牧場的最後一道關口，我一定要將生奶安全地送出奶牛場。”
這幾名光明“牛”人僅是這羣城市奶源守護者的縮影。眼下，每一位光明乳業牧場員工都堅守在自己的崗位上。這些崗位或許看起來平凡、細小，但就守護奶源這一保供的重要環節而言，缺一不可，也容不得一點閃失。光明乳業第一時間組織旗下所有牧場召開了防疫防控會議，啟動牧場應急方案，組織開展防疫預案學習，並開展演練工作。各牧場積極落實防疫工作，員工按政策要求做好核酸檢測，進出人員車輛做好防護和檢疫，場區、牛舍、宿舍等區域每日全方位無死角嚴格消毒，全方位保障奶源生產安全。
一瓶瓶、一罐罐新鮮牛奶不僅流向市民的家中，也温暖了市民的心頭。面對壓力與困難，光明人從不缺少與上海這座大城市同頻共振的使命感，正用實際行動守護奶源安全，讓光明遍佈城市每個角落。
