瑞聲科技(02018.HK)2021年度營收達176.67億元 加快新領域戰略佈局
格隆匯3月23日丨瑞聲科技(02018.HK)公佈2021年度業績，期內集團實現收入人民幣176.67億元，同比增長3.1%；毛利為人民幣43.65億元，同比增長3.3%，毛利率為24.7%；公司擁有人應占溢利為人民幣13.16億元，每股基本盈利為人民幣1.09元。
集團將繼續秉持以創新驅動發展的策略，持續構建差異化的產品優勢和核心競爭力，積極拓展公司業務，並加快在新領域的戰略佈局。2021年，集團與汽車行業的戰略合作伙伴、LiDAR(“激光雷達”)系統的技術領航者Ibeo Automotive Systems GmbH(“Ibeo”)完成一項重大的里程碑式的股權投資交易。鑑於SWIR Vision Systems Inc.是專注為工業自動化、消費電子、AR/VR系統、自動駕駛汽車和其他應用開發下一代圖像傳感器解決方案的先驅，集團亦參與了SWIR Vision Systems Inc.的A輪融資。此外，集團也完成了收購東陽精密機器(崑山)有限公司(“東陽精密”)100%股權；東陽精密主要製造平板計算機、可穿戴設備及筆記本計算機產品的金屬框架、底殼及零部件。這些戰略舉措加強了集團的科技領先地位，推動了集團向非智能手機垂直領域的擴展。
另外，在車載鏡頭和激光雷達(“LiDAR”)領域，集團產品組合已經覆蓋前視、環視、乘員監控系統(“OMS”)以及智能駕駛員監控系統(“DMS”)車載鏡頭。包括LiDAR鏡頭以及採用集團WLG技術的車載鏡頭的更高端產品，開發也在穩步推進中。車載聲學方面，集團已經和一家國內頭部造車新勢力合作開發量產產品，該產品預計於2022年底開始量產。同時還獲得了一家高端汽車品牌的軟件和調音項目，目前該項目產品正在開發中。未來集團將集成聲學、光學和觸控馬達產品，為客户打造多維度體驗的智能座艙。通過提供差異化的用户體驗，助力行業升級創新，以在智能汽車領域獲得更多客户認可，加快車載領域佈局。
在市場愈發關注的可穿戴設備市場，集團宣佈與世界頂級光波導顯示公司Dispelix的戰略合作，旨在為消費者提供高端AR&MR解決方案。雙方的合作將充分發揮公司特有的製造平台和全球運營能力，通過應用Dispelix獨特技術，將進一步支持全球客户的發展。
