麗豐控股(01125.HK)中期淨虧損約7485.3萬港元
格隆匯3月22日丨麗豐控股(01125.HK)公佈,截至2022年1月31日止6個月,公司營業額為12.81億港元,同比減少17.60%;公司擁有人應占虧損7485.3萬港元,上年同期虧損4.46億港元;每股虧損0.226港元。
公吿稱,營收減少主要是由於回顧期間內之物業銷售營業額下跌所致。於回顧期間,人民幣平均匯率較去年同期升值約4.6%。扣除貨幣換算造成之影響,以人民幣計值之營業額減少21.2%。毛利自去年同期的2.91億港元增加113.3%至6.20億港元。
