長久物流(603569.SH)：與協鑫能科簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯3月22日丨長久物流(603569.SH)公佈，公司與協鑫能源科技股份有限公司簽訂戰略合作框架協議，雙方旨在通過此次合作，共同在全國範圍內推動新能源汽車綜合服務業務，為雙方創造更好的經濟和社會效益。
甲方：協鑫能源科技股份有限公司，乙方：北京長久物流股份有限公司，合作內容如下：
1.推進協同發展合作。雙方在戰略高度上相互支持，加強業務全面合作；雙方優勢互補，提升資源整合能力和業務拓展能力，更好地服務國家“雙碳”政策。
2.充換電站投資。甲方利用自身電廠及售電公司的資源優勢，牽頭建設新能源汽車充換電站，乙方利用在全國範圍內建立的物流網絡，並通過自有及合作方式佈局的倉儲、港口、交付中心等物流倉儲資源優勢協調資源，共同參與上述充換電站投資。
3.電池倉儲物流合作。乙方利用自身完善的物流網絡及豐富的危化品物流運輸、倉儲經驗，為甲方換電業務、退役電池提供倉儲物流服務。
4.股權投資。雙方在友好協商的基礎上，根據具體合作進展，開展包括但不限於雙方直接向對方進行戰略性股權投資、雙方共同對外進行股權投資等。
5.產業基金設立。雙方聯合地方政府產業基金等共同發起成立“新能源汽車充換電專項投資基金”，投資新能源汽車、電池銀行及充換電設施。
6.長久換電專用車。雙方聯合共同進行“長久換電專用車”的市場立項、車型開發及市場推廣。
7.產品聯合推廣。雙方聯合進行相關產品的推廣：通過甲方換電合作平台進行甲乙雙方聯合開發的長久換電專用車的推廣銷售；通過乙方及關聯方持有及合作的汽車4S 店、交付中心等進行甲方換電站的推廣銷售。
8.電池回收業務合作。雙方發揮各自資源優勢，在退役動力電池回收方面開展合作，包括但不限於動力電池梯次利用、動力電池再生利用等。
此次公司與協鑫能科簽署的戰略合作框架協議，是公司在新能源汽車快速發展的行業背景下，依託多年深耕於汽車物流行業所形成的網絡及資源優勢，在雙方友好協商的前提下籤署。雙方優勢資源互補，有利於公司新能源業務的開拓與發展，有利於進一步提升公司的市場競爭力和持續盈利能力，符合公司長期發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
