十方控股(01831.HK)預期年度虧損大幅增加
格隆匯3月21日丨十方控股(01831.HK)公吿,公司預期將於截至2021年12月31日止年度錄得虧損大幅增加。導致虧損的因素包括(其中包括):(a)因北京繁星旅遊有限公司的訴訟而就項目地盤的土地租賃權及固定資產作出減值所致;(b)線上新媒體競爭持續激烈及廣吿行業轉型速度加劇,以致集團的傳統報紙廣吿業務所得收入及盈利下降;及(c)集團的營運成本高企。假設項目資產悉數減值,則該年度公司所有人應占虧損預期較去年同期增加約人民幣1.1億元,而上年度公司所有人應占虧損為人民幣7450萬元。
