格隆匯3月21日丨良品鋪子(603719.SH)公佈2021年年度報吿，2021年公司實現營業收入93.24億元，同比增長18.11%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.82億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.06億元；基本每股收益0.70元。
2021年經公司董事會決議，公司2021年度利潤分配預案為：以權益分派實施股權登記日的總股本(扣除公司回購專户的股份)為基數，向全體股東每10股派發現金股利2.12元(含税)。
2021年，公司聚焦核心品類研發，在兒童零食、節令禮盒等細分市場產品創新取得有效成果；結合產品特性建立新的產品運營矩陣，推進供應鏈深度協同，提高產品運營效率，打造了首個5億級大單品產品豬肉脯；加大全渠道融合經營，線下業務聚焦單店提升優化市場佈局，線上業務精細化用户運營，同時在多渠道創新突破，推動業務規模持續、穩步增長。
報吿期內，公司實現主營業務收入為91.44億元，較同期上升18.97%；其中：線上收入佔比為53.13%，線下收入佔比為46.87%。各渠道收入實現均衡增長，其中線上收入較同期增長21.42%，線下收入較同期增長16.31%。
2021年，公司聚焦於核心品類的研發，圍繞兒童、女性、健身、茶歇場景等細分人羣與場景的特殊需求，開發出了86款產品上市及47款儲備產品；同時以美味無負擔、品質提升為導向，啟動了19項技術創新項目，開發並掌握了新型膨化技術、植物肉生產加工技術、三減(減油減糖減鹽)技術，無糖技術、無油烘焙技術、微膠囊包埋技術等先進食品營養健康加工技術，其中13項技術已運用到新上市的產品中，持續提升產品品質。
2021年，圍繞用户在健康營養方向的口味升級需求，公司聚焦高蛋白豬肉脯市場機會進行品類創新，研發出好吃更營養的“高蛋白肉脯”，藉助品牌營銷的高效滲透，打造豬肉脯用户心智第一選擇，搶佔市場先機引領新的增長機會，2021年豬肉脯系列產品全年終端銷售額突破5億，同比增幅超41%。
為及時洞察市場機會，快速滿足消費者需求，公司重塑產品上新流程，建立35天快速產品上新機制。在這一機制下全年累計上新的產品共計49款，全渠道終端銷售額1.83億，並打造了黑麥吐司、大波浪麪包等多款上市不足6個月即實現全渠道終端銷售額過千萬的單品，滿足廣大消費者追求口味創新的消費需求。
報吿期內，公司新開門店共計619家，其中直營門店185家，加盟門店434家。2021年，公司進一步在10個省份的19個城市進行新市場開拓佈局，加大區域佈局深度和密度：其中西南地區全年新開門店139家，華南地區深挖新資源與大業主合作模式，全年新開門店72家。截至報吿期末，公司的線下門店數量為2974家，分佈於22個省/自治區/直轄市179個城市。
