海波重科(300517.SZ):擬使用不超10億元暫時閒置自有資金購買理財產品
格隆匯3月21日丨海波重科(300517.SZ)公佈,為提高暫時閒置自有資金使用效率,公司於2022年3月21日召開的第五屆董事會第三次會議審議通過了《關於使用部分閒置自有資金購買理財產品的議案》,同意公司在確保日常經營和資金安全的前提下,使用不超過10億元的暫時閒置的自有資金購買安全性高、流動性好、風險低的理財產品,資金使用期限自2021年年度股東大會審議通過之日起至2022年年度股東大會召開之日止,在有效期內資金可在上述額度內滾動使用。
