北方稀土(600111.SH):擬與青島中加特合資成立新公司 建設稀土永磁高效電機項目
格隆匯3月21日丨北方稀土(600111.SH)公佈,為促進公司稀土鐠釹產品向終端高附加值應用領域轉化,加快公司在稀土永磁電機產業佈局,延伸公司磁性材料產業鏈,提高產品附加值,增強公司稀土永磁體市場競爭力,促進公司做優做強做大和高質量發展,公司擬以自有資金出資1470萬元,與青島中加特電氣股份有限公司(簡稱青島中加特)共同出資成立包頭北方中加特電氣有限公司(暫定名,以工商登記部門最終核准的名稱為準,簡稱新公司),並以新公司為主體建設稀土永磁高效電機項目。
新公司註冊資本3000萬元人民幣,公司持有新公司49%股權,青島中加特持有新公司51%。新公司將採用輕資產運營模式,主營永磁變頻調速一體機。
