A股午評：農業股大漲，綠色建築概念股批量漲停
指數窄幅震盪，滬指午間收漲0.02%報3251點，深成指漲0.43%，創業板指漲0.51%。兩市3020股上漲，1480股下跌，成交額6350億，北上資金淨賣出38.5億。
行業板塊多數上漲，種業、水產品概念股全線大漲，兩部門印發十四五建築節能與綠色建築發展規劃，綠色建築概念股現漲停潮；煤炭股繼續走強，中國神華漲超4%；鋰電池概念股普遍上漲，比亞迪漲超4%、寧德時代漲2.6%；豬肉、預製菜、長壽藥、新冠藥等概念漲幅靠前。金融股普跌，快遞股低迷，圓通速遞跌超5%。
煤炭股普漲，中國神華漲4%。國泰君安認為，煤炭供需錯配根源已久，高價持續時間將超預期。中長期看全球煤炭市場將持續供給偏緊，而且2021~2024年間全球煤炭消費量的增速(+1.7%)略高於供給的增速(+1.4%)。因此判斷在未來三年裏，全球整體煤炭市場供應將處於偏緊狀態。鑑於脆弱的供應鏈體系，以及偏緊的供給，煤價將在波動中上行，中樞不斷提升。
綠色建築概念股現漲停潮，中材節能等10股漲停。近日，住房和城鄉建設部印發《“十四五”建築節能與綠色建築發展規劃》明確，到2025年，城鎮新建建築全面建成綠色建築，建築能源利用效率穩步提升，建築用能結構逐步優化。
預製菜概念大漲，國聯水產漲超16%。公司18日宣佈，公司預製菜開啟RCEP成員國馬來西亞首發搶購。同日上午，湛江海關為公司頒發RCEP原產地證書，預示着國聯水產的預製菜正式叩響馬來西亞的大門。
電梯股大漲，梅輪電梯等漲停。近日，住房和城鄉建設部就《住宅項目規範》（徵求意見稿）向社會公開徵求意見。對於新建住宅建築電梯設置，徵求意見稿要求，入户層為二層及二層以上的住宅建築，每單元應至少設置1台電梯，且轎廂深度不應小於1.40米，寬度不應小於1.10米，呼叫按鈕的中心距地面高度應為0.85米至1.10米。
東北證券認為，當前外部風險明顯消減，穩增長下盈利底大概率出現，市場底已近。當前來看，首先，外部風險明顯緩和。其次，金穩委會議積極表態市場關切的保增長和地產等問題，對政策不確定性和流動性等的擔憂消除，市場底大概率領先盈利底。最後，穩增長下二季度盈利底大概率出現，因此目前市場底可能在1-2個月內出現。行業配置上，關注超跌但景氣度較高的醫藥、新能源、半導體、軍工，政策導向的新舊基建，預期改善的TMT、機械、電氣設備、消費等。
