普冉股份(688766.SH)：存儲器芯片方向全面展開、“存儲+”戰略佈局推進
格隆匯3月20日丨普冉股份(688766.SH)公佈，為便於廣大投資者瞭解公司新產品及技術研發進展情況，公司現將公司的新產品及技術研發進展情況披露如下：
存儲器芯片方向全面展開：
1、公司採用電荷俘獲的SONOS工藝結構40nm工藝節點下的NORFlash全系列產品研發完成併成為量產交付主力，晶圓良率達到95%以上，實現了對公司原有55nm工藝節點下的NORFlash產品的升級替代，產品競爭力及晶圓產出率有效提升。其中L系列64MbNORFlash產品完成海外手機頭部廠商TWS藍牙耳機認證。技術儲備的40nm以下新一代工藝完成試流片，進入產品和工藝優化階段。
2、公司採用浮柵ETOX工藝結構NORFlash中大容量PY系列產品首顆開始量產出貨，應用於可穿戴和安防等市場。
3、車載EEPROM產品完成了AEC-Q100標準的全面考核，首先在車身攝像頭和車載中控應用上實現了海外客户的批量交付。
4、超大容量EEPROM系列開發完成，F系列產品支持SPI/I2C接口和最大4Mb容量，其中2Mb產品批量應用於高速寬帶通信和數據中心領域。與代工廠戰略合作開發的浮柵下一代技術進入測試芯片開發階段。
5、新一代128Kb至512Kb攝像頭模組EEPROM產品應用於海外手機頭部廠商旗艦機型，已實現量產。支持下一代手機主控平台的1.2V攝像頭模組EEPROML系列的128Kb產品率先進入市場，完成平台認證，並小批量交付首個手機客户項目。
“存儲+”戰略佈局推進：
模擬產品方向上，內置非易失存儲器的PE系列音圈馬達驅動芯片產品進入大批量供貨。支持下一代主控平台的1.2VPD系列音圈馬達驅動芯片產品完成開發、流片和測試，性能指標均符合規範要求，產品進入客户送樣階段。
微控制器方向上，首顆32位微控制器芯片產品功能和性能測試通過，進入客户送樣階段。
新產品及技術研發對公司的影響：1、新產品可面向工控、車載等應用領域，豐富了公司產品線，有助於鞏固和提升公司的核心競爭力，形成新的增長點，對公司未來的發展將產生積極的影響；
2、新產品的開發，使得公司有機會服務更多的頭部客户，提升公司的市場地位，立足國內市場，參與全球市場競爭；
3、在40mn以下新一代工藝和浮柵下一代技術的創新技術儲備，使公司在存儲器芯片及延伸領域均具備持續競爭力。
