蘇州高新(600736.SH)：正籌劃對醫療器械產業公司增資 以實現控股且並表
格隆匯3月18日丨蘇州高新(600736.SH)公佈，公司正在籌劃對蘇州醫療器械產業發展有限公司(“醫療器械產業公司”)實施現金增資，並對交易標的實現控股且並表。
此次增資正在進行審計評估，增資價格、增資金額以及增資後公司的持股比例尚未確定；公司未與醫療器械產業公司或其現股東簽訂與此次增資相關的意向性協議。
公吿顯示，醫療器械產業公司為江蘇醫療器械科技產業園(“醫療器械產業園”)的運營主體；醫療器械產業園是蘇州高新區與中科院蘇州生物醫學工程技術研究所共建的國家級醫療器械科技產業園，先後獲批國家火炬計劃醫療器械特色產業基地、國家創新型醫療器械產業集羣試點、國家級醫療器械專業孵化器、國家級科技創業孵化鏈條建設示範單位。
截至2021年底，醫療器械產業園已建、在建、待建運營載體面積共計145萬平方米，集聚生物醫藥及醫療器械相關企業近800家，包括蘇州魚躍醫療科技有限公司、中生(蘇州)醫療科技有限公司、美康盛德醫療科技(蘇州)有限公司等上市公司子公司，以及蘇州心擎醫療技術有限公司、諾一邁爾(蘇州)醫學科技有限公司、科塞爾醫療科技(蘇州)有限公司等創新型潛力公司，引進和培育各級各類人才411人次。
同時，醫療器械產業園引進中科院蘇州醫工所、東南大學蘇州醫療器械研究院、浙江大學工業技術研究院等創新平台，蘇州協同創新醫用機器人研究院、國仟創新醫療科技研究院等孵化平台，江蘇省醫療器械檢驗所蘇州分所、醫療器械可用性測試平台等服務平台，並建設蘇州市醫療器械產業知識產權運營中心，已形成較為完善的創新生態系統。
推動公司轉型升級。此次增資將進一步推動公司向“高新技術產業培育與投資運營商”的戰略定位轉型升級，圍繞“產業園運營+高新技術產業投資”打造雙輪驅動的商業模式，逐步降低對傳統地產開發業務的依賴，提升公司經營效率和抗風險能力，實現高質量發展。
實現區域醫藥產業協同發展。圍繞“搭建最優平台，做全產業鏈條”的目標，醫療器械產業公司經過多年的團隊建設與實踐積累，現已成為蘇州高新區內引領醫療器械產業發展的重要平台。本次增資有利於公司整合醫療器械產業園、生命健康小鎮等區域內的產業園載體資源，實現協同發展，取得規模效應。
儲備醫藥領域優質投資資源。此次增資有利於公司深入挖掘醫療器械產業園內的優質成長型企業，通過公司旗下基金、融資租賃等平台以股權、債權等形式參與企業成長，獲取投資收益，優化利潤結構。
