远洋服务(06677.HK)公布年度业绩 纯利大增70%至4.39亿元 物业管理服务合约建筑面积达1.06亿平方米
格隆汇3月18日丨远洋服务(06677.HK)发布公吿,截至2021年12月31日止年度,公司收入较2020年增长约47%至人民币29.66亿元,毛利较2020年大幅增长约61%至人民币8.25亿元。毛利率约为28%,较2020年上升约3个百分点。
年内溢利较2020年大幅增长约68%至人民币4.41亿元。公司拥有人应占溢利较2020年大幅增长约70%至人民币4.39亿元。董事局欣然建议以现金派发期末股息每股人民币0.093元(折合每股港币0.114元)。
于2021年12月31日,集团物业管理服务实现合约建筑面积105.9百万平方米,较2020年底新增34.8百万平方米;在管建筑面积73.5百万平方米,较2020年底新增28.0百万平方米;来自第三方的合约建筑面积累计达53.6百万平方米,占总合约建筑面积由约33%提升至51%。新增第三方合约建筑面积32.6百万平方米,涵盖住宅、商业、写字楼、学校、医院、产业园、物流园、数据中心、政府大楼、城市空间等多种业态。
2021年,集团物业管理服务项目的合约建筑面积中第三方来源占比从约33%提升至51%,新增合约建筑面积中来自第三方拓展的规模为3260万平方米,占比约为87%。
于2021年12月31日,公司的项目遍布中国境内24个省、自治区及直辖市的78个城市,地理覆盖范围已自京津冀区域扩展至环渤海区域及中国其他区域,涵盖了中国5个主要城市群。我们于京津冀和环渤海区域优势显着,同时逐渐增加华东、华南、华中及华西区域的占比。于2021年12月31日,根据在管建筑面积划分,京津冀区域占比约为33%,环渤海区域占比约为26%,华东区域占比约为16%,华南区域占比约为12%,华中及华西区域占比约为13%。集团物业管理项目主要集中在北京、天津、杭州、成都等一二线城市。按在管建筑面积划分,一二线城市占比约为92%。
