基石藥業-B(02616.HK)：PD-1抗體nofazinlimab聯合侖伐替尼一線治療晚期肝細胞癌的國際多中心註冊研究成功達成預設患者入組目標
格隆匯3月18日丨基石藥業-B(02616.HK)發佈公吿，抗PD-1抗體nofazinlimab (CS1003)聯合侖伐替尼一線治療晚期肝細胞癌(“HCC”)患者的國際多中心III期註冊研究CS1003-305成功達成預設患者入組目標。基石藥業首席醫學官楊建新博士表示：“我們高興地看到CS1003-305研究提前成功達成預設患者入組目標，這是繼舒格利單抗在一線治療胃癌和一線治療食管鱗癌完成入組後，基石藥業近期在消化道高發腫瘤中完成預設入組目標的第三項大型註冊研究。早期臨牀數據顯示，nofazinlimab聯合侖伐替尼在不可切除的HCC中國患者的一線治療中顯示出了優異的抗腫瘤活性和可管理的安全性。美國食品藥品監督管理局(“FDA”)於2020年授予nofazinlimab孤兒藥資格認定(Orphan Drug Designation，“ODD”)。公司希望全球晚期HCC患者可享受此優質治療方案。”
普拉替尼用於治療轉染重排(“RET”)融合陽性的局部晚期或轉移性非小細胞肺癌(“NSCLC”)的新藥上市申請已在中國香港獲受理。基石藥業首席醫學官楊建新博士表示：“繼同類首創精準靶向藥泰吉華®(阿伐替尼)於2021年12月在中國香港獲批用於治療攜帶不可切除或轉移性PDGFRA D842V突變胃腸道間質瘤患者之後，我們很高興又一款創新精準藥物普拉替尼新藥上市申請獲受理。在ARROW臨牀研究的1/2階段中，普拉替尼在RET融合陽性NSCLC患者中顯示出持久的臨牀獲益和耐受良好的安全性結果。我們期待普拉替尼能夠在中國香港早日獲批上市，造福更多患者。”
近期，於截至2021年12月31日止年度的審核過程中，發現公司用約為2.27億港元的資金於2021年7月透過認購CMB International Global Products Limited發行的基金掛鈎票據用於投資一家於開曼羣島註冊的獨立投資組合公司。公司正與核數師協力提供其他有關投資事項的包括有效性及可收回性相關的資料。根據核數師的要求，審核委員會正安排委聘專家對投資事項進行獨立調查，調查結果將第一時間向董事會審核委員會彙報。董事會擬根據調查結果，將可能妥善評估截至2021年12月31日投資事項的公平值。
此外，董事會已得悉公司股份於聯交所價格及成交量於近期出現不尋常波動。經作出在相關情況下有關集團的所有相關合理查詢後，董事會確認，(i)集團的運營保持正常，集團會繼續照常開展其業務，及(ii)除以上所述者外，董事會並不知悉為避免公司證券出現虛假市場而須公佈的任何消息或須根據證券及期貨條例第XIVA部進行披露的任何內部消息。董事會及集團管理層將密切跟進情況及市場動態。
