格隆匯3月18日丨李寧(02331.HK)發佈截至2021年12月31日止年度的全年業績公吿,報吿期內,權益持有人應占淨溢利上升136%至40.11億元人民幣,淨利率由11.7%提高至17.8%;收入上升56%至225.72億元人民幣;毛利率上升3.9個百分點至53.0%;經營槓桿增強,帶動經營利潤率上升7.6個百分點至22.8%;經營現金流增長超過136%至65.25億元人民幣。董事會建議派發該年度的末期股息每股已發行或於可換股證券轉換後將予發行的公司普通股45.97分人民幣
報吿期內,整體零售流水(包括線上及線下渠道)錄得50%-60%高段增長。渠道庫存週轉持續改善,庫齡結構大幅優化。新品線下零售流水加速錄得60%-70%高段增長:新品流水佔比提升約7個百分點;終端零售折扣改善超過3.5個百分點;售罄率:6個月改善約14個百分點,3個月改善約13個百分點。
2021年,集團收入達225.72億元人民幣,較2020年上升56.1%,增幅顯著。得益於政府對疫情的有效防控,全國實現疫情常態化;同時,由於東京奧運會的舉辦和北京冬季奧運會的即將到來,國民對健康生活和體育運動的話題熱度居高不下,且國內消費者對國產運動品牌逾加肯定與支持,為李寧品牌影響力的提升提供了良好契機。
集團抓住機遇,通過多元化營銷持續提升品牌形象,通過科技進步推動產品升級而持續提升專業品牌形象,同時持續聚焦終端消費者需求,在各渠道收入均錄得可喜成績:(1)直營渠道方面,集團積極推動旗艦店等高效大店落地,同時繼續優化店鋪視覺形象和消費者運動體驗,結合疫情復甦及國貨熱的大環境,直接經營銷售流水大幅增加,同比上漲53.5%;(2)電子商務渠道是密切貼近消費者喜好和需求的快速反應渠道。集團持續聚焦大數據分析體系,藉助新興直播平台擴展生意機會及消費者圈層,帶來58.4%的收入增長;及(3)銷售流水顯著增加激發特許經銷商的快速反應,本年訂貨量及期貨執行率都有所提升,銷售收入增長56.7%,品牌影響力和市場覆蓋率進一步提升。
