第一上海(00227.HK)預期2021年淨虧不少於1.2億港元
格隆匯3月17日丨第一上海(00227.HK)公吿,相對集團截至2020年同期的虧損9000萬港元,預期集團截至2021年12月31日止年度將錄得公司股東應占虧損不少於1.2億港元。
此預期虧損主要歸因於(i)就一項涉及位於無錫的物業開發項目須償付若干建築成本訴訟索賠而認列撥備約港幣3千7百萬元,並已於往年度披露為或然負債;(ii)就位於無錫及黃山的投資物業因銷售及租金回報的市場前境嚴峻而錄得公允值虧損約港幣2千7百萬元及(iii)就營運未如理想醫療及保健業務的非流動資產作進一步減值撥備。
儘管集團將錄得綜合虧損的業績,除上述提及因訴訟索賠產生虧損外,唯大部份虧損來自非現金項目。董事會相信此結果不會為集團的財務帶來任何重大的負面影響。
