招商積餘(001914.SZ):擬使用10億元部分暫時閒置自有資金進行委託理財
格隆匯3月17日丨招商積餘(001914.SZ)公佈,為提高資金使用效率,增加資金收益,公司擬在保證日常經營資金需求及確保資金安全的前提下,使用部分暫時閒置的自有資金進行委託理財,總額度為人民幣10億元,投資期限不超過12個月,公司在前述總額度及投資期限範圍內可循環滾動使用,在額度有效期內,任何一個時點的投資金額(含以委託理財投資收益進行再投資的相關金額)不得超出前述理財額度。董事會授權公司總經理在可用額度內具體辦理委託理財事項、簽署相關合同及文件。
