中國廣核(003816.SZ)2021年度淨利潤升1.78%至97.33億元 擬10派0.84元
格隆匯3月17日丨中國廣核(003816.SZ)發佈2021年年度報吿，實現營業收入806.79億元，同比增長14.30%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤97.33億元，同比增長1.78%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤97.30億元，同比增長3.42%；經營活動產生的現金流量淨額349.11億元，同比增長15.77%；基本每股收益0.193元，擬每10股派發現金紅利0.84元(含税)。
截至2021年12月31日，公司管理25台在運核電機組和7台在建核電機組(其中包含公司控股股東委託公司管理的4台在建機組)，裝機容量分別為28261兆瓦和8299兆瓦，佔全國在運及在建核電總裝機容量的53.01%以及41.01%，在運及在建核電機組合計裝機容量佔全國核電總裝機容量的49.71%。
公司的主要產品是電力。根據中國核能行業協會發布的《2021年1-12月全國核電運行情況》，截至2021年12月31日，我國投入商業運行的核電機組共53台，全國商運核電機組上網電量為3820.84億千瓦時。2021年，公司管理的核電站的總上網電量為2011.51億千瓦時，佔全國核電機組上網電量的52.65%。
在“十四五”及中長期，核能產業發展仍處於並將長期處於發展的重要戰略機遇期，核能行業迎來更大發展空間，公司的發展和經濟也將面臨許多新要求和新變化。為引領集團核能產業未來的高質量發展，制訂了集團《核能產業中長期發展戰略及“十四五”規劃》，並已獲得公司董事會批准。中長期及十四五規劃指出：到2035年，建成具有全球競爭力的世界一流核能企業。產業綜合競爭力大幅增強，核電在運裝機規模超過7000萬千瓦，在運在建總裝機規模全球第一，安全運營、工程建設、經營效益等關鍵業績指標卓越，核能綜合利用綜合效益顯著；“十四五”期間，錨定2035年遠景目標，聚焦安全質量一流、工程建設一流、科技創新一流、經營效益一流、企業管理一流等五個“一流”目標，着力固根基、揚優勢、補短板、強弱項，推動產業做強做優做大，實現更高質量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持續、更為安全的發展。“十四五”期間，公司將努力實現紅沿河5號及6號機組、防城港3號及4號機組以及惠州1號機組的高質量投產，爭取每年開工建設2-3台新機組。
