港華智慧能源(01083.HK)公佈年度業績 營業額躍升34%至171.25億港元 再生能源業務快速發展
格隆匯3月17日丨港華智慧能源(01083.HK)公吿，截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團業務持續增長，整體燃氣銷售量增加21%至145.79億立方米，營業額躍升34%至171.25億港元。未計入可換股債券嵌入式衍生工具部分的公平值變動損失，公司股東應占税後溢利上升11%至16.12億港元，擬派末期股息每股15港仙。
2021年，集團綜合報表的售氣量為42.13億立方米，較去年增長17.1%。新增燃氣接駁用户52.5萬户，較去年增長約11%。因國內疫情有所緩解，同時集團亦積極拓展延伸業務版圖，延伸業務收入也取得了大幅增長。
2021年集團再生能源項目取得良好進展，於年內共新增35個再生能源項目，累計已成立56個再生能源項目，業務類型包括工商業分佈式光伏、儲能、碳管理、電力工程等。其中，集團於年內新增安徽省安慶市宜秀經濟開發區綜合能源項目，集團已成立的綜合能源項目現已達到22個。項目建成後，將為園區持續提供清潔友好、穩定高效的熱源，優化園區能源結構。
另外，集團於2022年初亦新增了再生能源項目21個，集團將不斷擴大業務版圖，致力打造零碳智慧園區領域第一品牌，鞏固中國內地再生能源行業領軍者的地位。
集團的工商業客户有不少集中處於工業園區內，對發展針對工業園區的光伏項目提供有力支持，並有效降低光伏系統的安裝及營運成本。中國內地目前有約2,600個國家級和省級工業園區。港華智慧能源的目標是到2025年，為200個工業園區提供智慧能源方案。截至2021年，集團連同母公司中華煤氣已在21個省、自治區及直轄市佈局逾110個再生能源項目，落實發展32個零碳智慧園區，業務涵蓋多能（冷、熱、電）聯供、光伏、儲能、充換電站、工商客户綜合能源服務等多個領域。
長遠而言，港華智慧能源將在綜合解決方案、數碼化和去碳化三大核心基礎上，創建一個綜合的、智慧的及可持續的再生能源業務，並以零碳智慧園區的構建和管理為業務開發新模式，通過先進儲能技術、智慧能源平台、區塊鏈、芯片等前沿科技，打造“源網荷儲”一體化的區域智慧能源供應管理體系。
