增產、併購雙管齊下！Q4財報已爆表的化肥龍頭Nutrien(NTR.US)未來業績要上天？
智通財經APP獲悉，全球主要化肥生產商Nutrien(NTR.US)週三表示，計劃將今年鉀肥產量增加近100萬噸，至1500萬噸，以應對東歐局勢給市場鉀肥供應帶來的不確定性。Nutrien表示，鉀肥增產預計將於下半年實施。
據悉，俄羅斯和白俄羅斯分別是全球第二和第三大鉀肥生產國，僅次於加拿大。自俄烏衝突爆發以及美歐等國家對俄羅斯實施大規模製裁以來，鉀肥價格飆升。作爲俄羅斯盟友的白俄羅斯也受到歐洲和美國的制裁，其鉀肥出口受限。
不過，加拿大太平洋鐵路公司發生的一場勞資糾紛，可能會進一步擾亂全球化肥供應，而眼下農民正需要關鍵營養物質來種植春季作物。作爲向美國運輸鉀肥的主要渠道，該公司在與工會就工資和其他問題的談判失敗後，數千名員工已進行了罷工。Nutrien和美國美盛(MSO.US)的合資企業Canpotex的發言人Natashia
Stinka表示，罷工將對運往港口的鉀肥運輸產生嚴重影響。
數據顯示，Nutrien的股價在過去三個月已累計上漲約38%;在過去一年時間裏的漲幅爲67.7%，高於整個行業的48%和標普500指數同期7.4%的漲幅。在當前的市場形勢下，該股似乎很有前景並將維持上行的勢頭。
在全球農業市場強勁的支撐下，Nutrien很有可能受益於化肥的強勁需求和較高價格，並將從鉀肥的強勁銷量中獲益。該公司在其第四季度電話會議中表示，全球農業和作物投入市場前景依舊強勁，該公司今年有望實現盈利和自由現金流的顯著增長。此外，鉀肥供應緊張導致的更高價格預計將推動該公司2022年全年的銷售額和利潤率。
除了採取措施提高鉀肥產量之外，該公司預計還將通過收購、提高成本效益和增加數字平臺的使用來獲得更多收益。數據顯示，該公司在2021年完成了14項收購，擴大了其銷售網絡。
值得一提的是，Nutrien2021年第四季度實現淨利潤12億美元，比去年同期的3.16億美元增長近4倍，調整後的EBITDA達到創紀錄的24.6億美元，是去年同期7.68億美元的三倍多。該公司表示，營養業務的淨銷售價格更高，鉀肥銷量提升，以及零售部門有機和專有產品銷售強勁增長推動公司業績。
