正榮地產(06158.HK)停牌 擬於本月29日簽署補充信託契據
正榮地產(06158.HK)公布,13項到期贖回票據在寬限期期間,已收到必要多數贊成特別決議案的同意指示。定於明日(18日)召開的會議通過特別決議案後,經修訂建議豁免將生效,其將令對因未付款事項而產生或可能產生的任何違約,及對公司提出的全部索賠之豁免及免除生效;公司擬於本月29日簽署補充信託契據。以令經修訂建議修訂生效。故此,公司未有在於本星期二(15日)結束時屆滿的寬限期內贖回該等證券。
因此,應公司要求,該等證券將於今日(17日)上午九時正起在聯交所暫停買賣,且將於進一步通知之前保持暫停買賣。
