格隆匯3月16日丨長華股份(605018.SH)公佈,公司全資子公司長華長盛擬在寧波市杭州灣新區以自有或自籌資金出資人民幣5,000萬元新設全資子公司寧波長華焌升,並由長華焌升以自有或自籌資金不超過人民幣4000萬元參與競拍寧波市杭州灣新區不超過94,500平方米的國有建設用地使用權。
本次擬購買的土地位於寧波市杭州灣新區,土地用途為工業用地,土地出讓將實行公開招拍掛方式競拍土地使用權。
