得利斯(002330.SZ):擬向咸陽得利斯提供不超2億元無息借款 用於200萬頭/年生豬屠宰及肉製品加工項目
格隆匯3月16日丨得利斯(002330.SZ)公佈,根據募投項目建設進度以及募投資金使用計劃,公司擬向咸陽得利斯提供不超過2億元無息借款以推進“200萬頭/年生豬屠宰及肉製品加工項目”的實施。上述借款期限自借款發放之日起不超過3年,根據該項目建設實際情況,可以提前償還該借款。借款到期後,若公司與咸陽得利斯協商一致,該款項可繼續自動續期。
