歸創通橋-B(02190.HK)年度業績營收大增543.9%，毛利率升至74.1%，研發管線取得重大進展
格隆匯3月15日丨歸創通橋-B(02190.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團收入為人民幣177.9百萬元，同比大增約543.9%；毛利為人民幣1.319億元，同比增長709.7%，毛利率增至74.1%。收入增加乃主要由於(i)來自2020年12月31日前獲批准產品(包括蛟龍顱內取栓支架(CRD)、Ultrafree®DCB及顱內支持導管)的銷售收入較去年同期增加441.5%；及(ii)自2020年12月31日起，公司已就額外八款產品取得國家藥監局批准，其中六款產品於截至2021年12月31日已成功於中國上市。該等已上市產品主要包括顱內動脈瘤栓塞彈簧圈及顱內PTA球囊擴張導管(RX)，佔截至2021年12月31日止年度總收入的逾15.8%。
截至2021年12月31日止年度，集團的研發開支為人民幣1.681億元，同比增長133.3%。該增加乃主要歸因於(i)研發人數增加以及以股份為基礎的支付由截至2020年12月31日止年度的人民幣670萬元增至人民幣3950萬元，及(ii)測試、臨牀試驗、專業服務費用以及所用原材料及耗材由截至2020年12月31日止年度的人民幣2810萬元增至人民幣7340萬元，主要是由於更多的研發項目及該等項目的開發。
於2021年，公司在研發管線方面取得了重大進展，包括(1)按計劃於中國獲得監管批准併成功推出八款產品，以及在歐洲推出兩款產品，(2)就五款產品提交註冊申請，(3)就16款產品提交型檢，及(4)憑藉公司的現有研發專業知識及實力，透過自主研發及合作增加10款產品擴大公司的產品組合。
此外，公司進一步提升並擴大公司的銷售和營銷團隊以及分銷網絡，以推動公司新獲批產品的商業化。於2021年，公司錄得收入人民幣1.779億元，同比增長543.9%。其中，神經血管介入醫療器械的收入達人民幣1.123億元，這使公司成為國內神經血管介入醫療器械領域最大的製造商之一。此外，公司繼續透過擴大產品組合及銷售網絡投資海外市場。於2021年，公司的兩款產品已取得CE標誌，同時公司已於包括法國、西班牙、意大利及阿根廷在內的合共11個國家成功將產品商業化。
未來，集團將繼續拓展中國及全球市場，以挖掘其內部潛力及促進股東利益最大化。集團將透過自身發展及併購等方式持續發展。公司將採用多種融資渠道支持資本開支，包括但不限於內部資金及銀行貸款。
