匯隆控股(08021.HK)前三財季扭虧為盈至2695.4萬港元
格隆匯3月14日丨匯隆控股(08021.HK)公佈,截至2022年1月31日止九個月,公司收益為1.55億港元,同比增長50.97%;公司持有人應占期間溢利為2695.4萬港元,同期則虧損為2535.4萬港元,基本每股盈利為0.188港仙。
收益增加乃主要由於報吿期內為建築及建造工程提供棚架搭建、精裝修及其他輔助服務產生的合約收益增加以及借貸業務產生的收益增加所致。此外,公司持有人應占來自持續經營的溢利淨額增加乃主要由於於報吿期內,確認合約資產、應收賬款及貸款項下結餘之預期信貸虧損較2021年同期大幅減少約1960萬港元及於報吿期內,出售一間附屬公司的一次性收益約2930萬港元。於報吿期內,公司的借貸業務持續為集團創造穩定收益及為集團主要收入來源之一。
