綠科科技國際(00195.HK)預計,截至2021年12月31日止年度將較2020財年扭虧為盈。2021財年溢利預期將介乎4億元至4.2億元,而2021年股東應佔綜合純利預期介乎3.2億元至3.5億元之間。
董事會認為扭虧為盈的主要原因包括期內收益增加約691%或45.88億元,主要由於黃金交易的增加以及有關雷尼森地下礦錫的錫礦開採業務的銷量增加及錫價上升;毛溢利期內增加約4.65億元,且毛利率亦增加約4個百分點;減值虧損撥回增加;法律及專業費用減少;及由其他虧損增加所抵銷。
