會德豐與培新集團以17.32億元強拍奪跑馬地舊樓項目
跑馬地雲地利道15號雲地利大廈今日(14日)以底價17.32億元強拍售出,買家爲會德豐地產及培新集團。該物業的地盤面積約爲1.76萬平方尺,現爲兩幢於1963年落成、建於一層停車層之上的九層高住宅樓宇。
會德豐地產常務董事黃光耀指,是次是會德豐地產歷來首次參與強拍,亦是今年內第一次地盤收購。地盤將發展爲豪宅項目。
第一太平戴維斯估值及專業顧問服務董事總經理陳超國稱,近期受疫情影響,法庭暫時休庭,期間的聆訊須押後,因此今年內批出的強拍宗數可能因此而下降。
