天津發展(00882.HK)預期年度純利增加約55%至65%
格隆匯3月11日丨天津發展(00882.HK)公吿,公司預期於截至2021年12月31日止年度錄得公司擁有人應占綜合淨溢利,可能較上年度公司擁有人應占綜合淨溢利港幣2.94億元增加約55%至65%。預期增加乃主要由於(i)上年度集團醫藥業務因終止23價肺炎球菌多糖疫苗項目錄得減值撥備約港幣6540萬元,而於上年度並無有關減值撥備;(ii)年內集團酒店參加了香港政府指定檢疫酒店計劃,一定程度地保證了酒店入住率和客房收入,令集團酒店業務的經營虧損有所改善;及(iii)水力發電設備業務的收益及經營利潤率增加,令集團機電業務的經營虧損有所減少所致。
