南京高科(600064.SH)：擬投設高科新浚三期、新浚創信基金
格隆匯3月11日丨南京高科(600064.SH)公佈，經公司董事會審議通過，公司分別於2015年11月和2019年12月投資設立了新浚一期基金(總規模10億元，公司出資佔比69.65%)和新浚創新基金(總規模10.1億元，公司出資佔比68.96%)。
基於上述基金的良好合作與顯著成果，董事會同意公司繼續聯合原有管理團隊發起設立新一期的新浚創信基金，從而積極把握全面實行股票發行註冊制預期下的資本市場機遇，聚焦醫療健康、信息技術等科技創新行業，併兼顧環保科技、新基建、新材料等領域，促進公司股權投資業務的持續發展，搭建產業經營與資本運營互動融合的可持續發展架構。具體設立情況如下：
1、投資設立高科新浚三期。總認繳出資額為人民幣100萬元，其中南京高科新浚投資管理有限公司(簡稱“高科新浚”)作為普通合夥人以現金認繳出資1萬元，出資比例1%；公司、麗水萬地投資管理有限公司(簡稱“麗水萬地”)、浙江嘉立控股股份有限公司(簡稱“浙江嘉立”)、南京新浚創思管理諮詢合夥企業(有限合夥)(暫定名、簡稱“新浚創思”，擬由高科新浚管理團隊核心骨幹成員作為合夥人設立)作為有限合夥人分別認繳出資42.075萬元、2.475萬元、2.475萬元和51.975萬元；出資比例分別為42.075%、2.475%、2.475%、51.975%。
2、投資設立新浚創信基金。總認繳出資額為人民幣10億元，其中高科新浚三期作為普通合夥人以現金認繳出資100萬元，出資比例0.1%；公司、麗水萬地、浙江嘉立、南京高科新浚創智有限公司(暫定名，簡稱“新浚創智”，擬由高科新浚全資設立)作為有限合夥人分別認繳出資8.5億元、5000萬元、5000萬元和4900萬元；出資比例分別為85%、5%、5%、4.9%。
上述兩家擬設立企業中，公司合計投資8.504億元。
