《大行報告》瑞信下調太古地產(01972.HK)目標價至25.6元 評級「跑贏大市」
瑞信發表報告指,太古地產(01972.HK)去年持續基礎盈利按年上升0.9%至72億元,較該行及市場預期分別低4%及10%。至於全年每股派息按年增長4.4%至0.95元,股息收益率為4.8%,而管理層指引派息增長中至高單位數。
瑞信將太古地產資產淨值折讓預測由35%擴至40%,股份目標價由31元降至25.6元,評級維持「跑贏大市」,並調低集團今明兩年盈利預測分別9.8%及9.1%,以反映寫字樓租金降低3%、提供更多零售租金寬減,及經營開支增加。
