《兩會》李小加:LME宣佈鎳交易無效符合交易規則
據《證券時報》引述全國政協委員、港交所(00388.HK)前行政總裁李小加在全國兩會期間表示,LME取消3月8日執行的所有倫鎳交易是LME清算所基於交易清算規則所做的決定。
李小加透露,港交所當時花費20億美元買入LME後,再以近3億美元建立LME清算所,而這次正好是清算所啓動相應機制取消交易。港交所當時購買LME交易所時就已經制定清晰的後續方案,即建立清算所,讓所有會員將清算業務劃歸到LME,這種強勢的一連串的改革組合拳保證LME的抗風險能力,確保LME具備應對市場重大波動能力。(ta/s) ~
