新金融行動高質量落地。住房租賃生態漸成，大力支持保障性租賃住房建設，探索長租房運營可持續模式，住房租賃綜合服務平台覆蓋全國96%的地級及以上行政區。普惠金融引領市場，持續打造數字普惠金融模式，2021年末普惠金融貸款餘額人民幣1.87萬億元，“惠懂你”平台服務響應能力持續提升，“創業者港灣”線上平台建設加快推進，為小微企業提供一站式金融服務。
金融科技內外賦能，推動國產系統自主可控，持續推進技術中台建設，打造集團共享、敏捷、協同的一站式基礎技術能力；完成智慧政務平台14省13市推廣，累計註冊用户超2億户。綠色金融底色增亮，全面加大對綠色領域綜合金融支持，持續深化ESG（環境、社會和公司治理）管理，明晟ESG評級連續兩年獲評A級，發佈“建行-萬得綠色ESG債券發行指數”，發行全球首筆美元可持續發展掛鈎債券。
鄉村振興質效雙升,51萬個“建行裕農通”普惠金融服務點覆蓋全國80%的鄉鎮及行政村；依託線上“裕農快貸”和線下“鄉村振興貸款”兩大產品包，持續加大信貸投放。數字化經營常態推進,手機銀行、建行生活APP“雙子星”企業級平台服務質效持續提升。核心業績指標均衡協調，資產負債規模、淨利潤實現新突破，淨資產回報率、資本充足率等關鍵指標穩中向好，資產質量保持穩定，風險抵補能力進一步增強。
