美股異動丨亞馬遜(AMZN.US)盤前大漲逾7% 宣佈拆分並回購股票
格隆匯3月10日丨亞馬遜(AMZN.US)盤前大漲逾7%,報2983美元。亞馬遜週三盤後宣佈將按1比20拆分股票,這是亞馬遜自世紀之交互聯網泡沫時期以來首次拆分股票。拆分股票不會影響企業市值,同樣不會改變企業基本面。但1股拆成20股可以使每股價格更便宜,使更多投資者得以買入亞馬遜股票。亞馬遜並非唯一一家近年來宣佈拆股的大型技術企業。谷歌母公司字母表2月宣佈按1比20拆分股票。蘋果公司2020年中期宣佈將按1比4拆分股票。特斯拉公司曾宣佈將按1比5拆分股票。亞馬遜9日同時宣佈,董事會同意回購總額至多100億美元的股票。亞馬遜2019年至2021年沒有回購任何股票,但在2022年1月1日至2月2日回購50萬股,總額13億美元。
