格隆匯3月9日丨福祿控股(02101.HK)發佈公吿,公司預計截至2021年12月31日止年度數字商品交易總額(GMV)與2020年同期相比增長約40%至60%,錄得的收入增長約15%至30%,主要受惠於文娛、通信和生活服務三個板塊的業務增長。
該年度集團經調整年內利潤將較2020年同期增長約5%至15%。集團本年度的整體經營狀況良好,雖然年內利潤因股份支付原因較2020年度下滑,但該費用並未對集團的現金流及經營狀況造成影響。董事會對集團的長期發展及前景抱有信心。
