萬科海外(01036.HK)預計年度股東應占盈利增加至約4億港元
格隆匯3月9日丨萬科海外(01036.HK)發佈公吿,公司預計截至2021年12月31日止年度錄得股東應占盈利約港幣4億元,而上年度則錄得股東應占盈利約港幣2億元。
董事會認為,預期本年度股東應占盈利增加乃主要由於以下因素的綜合影響,(i)集團一項位於英國倫敦Ryder Court的投資物業的公允價值增加;及(ii)應占一間聯營公司盈利增加,乃由於向租户終止租賃一項由集團聯營公司擁有位於美國加州的投資物業而收取的一次性終止費用。
