九倉集團(00004.HK)全年多賺近56%,該股兩連跌,午後曾考驗牛熊線(25.65元),最多挫8%低見25.7元,現報26.15元,續跌6.4%,成交增至118萬股,涉資3,133萬元。
九倉中午公佈,去年純利按年升近56%報60.19億元,每股盈利1.97元,第二次中期股息按年維持20仙。期內,總收入按年升6.6%至223.78億元。若撇除投資物業重估虧損及其它項目,集團去年基礎淨盈利按年增加7%至36.46億元。
