金茂服務(00816.HK)：最終發售價每股8.14港元 預計3月10日掛牌上市
格隆匯3月9日丨金茂服務(00816.HK)發佈公吿，公司全球發售約1.01億股股份，其中香港發售股份1014.2萬股，國際發售股份9126.95萬股，另有15%超額配股權；最終發售價已釐定為每股發售股份8.14港元，每手買賣單位500股；中金公司及匯豐為聯席保薦人；預期股份將於2022年3月10日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
香港發售股份已獲輕微超額認購，合共接獲3879份有效申請，認購合共1220.1萬股發售股份，相當於香港公開發售項下初步可供認購的香港發售股份總數約1.2倍。國際發售項下發售股份已獲輕微超額認購，相當於國際發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數約1.4倍。根據基石投資協議，基石投資者認購的發售股份數目現已釐定。Keltic已認購1510.3萬股，康力電梯已認購1216.2萬股，廣東科順已認購755.15萬股，富匯資本已認購3020.65萬股及千合基金已認購1437.7萬股，合共7940萬股發售股份。
按發售價每股8.14港元計算，假設超額配股權未獲行使，公司將收取的全球發售所得款項淨額估計約為7.596億港元。公司擬使用所得款項淨額約55%用於有選擇地物色與從事物業管理、城市運營服務及╱或社區運營的公司的戰略投資及收購機會，並用於擴大公司業務規模及鞏固公司的領先行業地位；約22%將用於升級智慧管理服務系統及公司智慧社區以及智慧城市解決方案的發展，旨在為公司業主及住户提供更便捷、更高質量的生活體驗並進一步提高物業管理及城市運營服務的成本效益；約13%將用於進一步開發公司的社區增值服務，以使服務產品多元化並提升盈利能力；及約10%將用於營運資金及一般企業用途。倘超額配股權獲悉數行使，公司將就超額配股權獲行使後將予發行的1521.15萬股發售股份收取額外所得款項淨額約1.208億港元。
