順泰控股(01335.HK)盈警:預計年度虧損不超1000萬港元
格隆匯3月8日丨順泰控股(01335.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團截至2021年12月31日止年度錄得年內虧損不多於1000萬港元,而2020年同期則錄得溢利1650萬港元。
公吿稱,集團於報吿期間的業績轉盈為虧主要由於物業開發及相關服務分部的收入較2020年同期減少逾2000萬港元,原因為所出售的剩餘物業庫存(主要包括儲物室及停車位)的收入大幅減少;及貿易應收款項及其他應收款項的減值增加,須待獨立評估師進行專業評估。
