上海石化(00338.HK)放棄對賽科公司股權優先購買權
上海石化(00338.HK)公佈,對於公司、公司控股股東中國石化、中國石化爲股東的「高橋石化」共同持股的「賽科公司」,中國石化和高橋石化擬通過上海產權交易所掛牌交易,分別轉讓其持有的賽科公司15%股權、35%股權,以引入可帶來先進技術、原料資源和生產、安全和環保等先進經驗的戰略投資者。公司表示,從自身情況和發展戰略角度出發,放棄對賽科公司股權的優先購買權。
賽科公司從事生產乙烯、聚乙烯等化學品,在公告日期分別由高橋石化、中國石化和上海石化分別持有50% 、30%和20%股權。
