公司於2022年3月7日收到股東鈞天投資、鈞天創投關於減持股份時間過半的吿知函，鈞天投資、鈞天創投於2021年11月19日至2022年3月7日期間累計減持其所持有的公司股份0股，佔公司總股本比例為0%。此次權益變動後，鈞天投資持有公司股份2213.2314萬股，佔公司總股本的5.52%；鈞天投資持有公司股份1193.1448萬股，佔公司總股本的2.98%。此次權益變動後，鈞天投資、鈞天創投合計持有公司股份3406.3762萬股，佔公司總股本的8.50%。
公司於2022年3月7日收到股東鼎暉新趨勢、長星成長關於減持股份時間過半的吿知函，鼎暉新趨勢於2021年12月7日至2022年3月7日期間通過集中競價交易方式累計減持其所持有的公司股份82.7791萬股，佔公司總股本比例為0.21%。此次權益變動後，鼎暉新趨勢持有公司股份1224.3377萬股，佔公司總股本的3.06%。
長星成長於2021年12月7日至2022年3月7日期間通過集中競價交易方式累計減持其所持有的公司股份59.9745萬股，佔公司總股本比例為0.15%。此次權益變動後，長星成長持有公司股份886.6101萬股，佔公司總股本的2.21%。此次權益變動後，鼎暉新趨勢、長星成長合計持有公司股份2110.9478萬股，佔公司總股本的5.27%。
