《兩會》東亞李民斌:建議加快統一綠色金融標準
全國政協委員、東亞銀行(00023.HK)聯席行政總裁李民斌於兩會期間表示,建議加快統一綠色金融標準,擴大碳市場爲接軌國際鋪路。
李民斌建議,在《金融標準化「十四五」發展規劃》基礎上加快推進綠色金融標準體系的統一化,從而引導綠色投向。而未來宜進一步推動粵港澳大灣區三地綠色金融產品、綠色企業和項目認定、綠色金融統計等標準的融合,並讓更多區內企業利用港澳平臺爲綠色項目融資及認證,提升與全球融合的廣度和深度。
李民斌亦建議,拓展碳市場覆蓋行業範圍和豐富交易產品,儘快有序將鋼鐵、化工、水泥等重點排放源行業納入全國碳市場,並適時允許機構投資者和個人投資者進入;促進衍生產品創新,探索包括碳遠期、碳期權、碳債券、碳保險等,擴大碳交易市場的規模。
