穆迪:2022年中國地方經濟增長勢頭將放緩
評級機構穆迪發表報告指,去年中國經濟強勁復甦,實現大部分經濟及財政目標,但預期受房地產行業放緩、持續的減稅降費舉措、嚴格的防疫措施及工業活動減緩影響,今年中國地方經濟及財政收入增長將放緩。
穆迪副總裁兼高級信用評級主任杜寧軼表示,2021年各省份GDP增長幅度介乎5.7%至12.9%,多數地方政府已下調2022年經濟增長目標,調整幅度在0.5%至1%之間,預計2022年地方政府的一般公共預算收入增長將放緩,政府性基金收入將下滑。但支出將會加速,從而推高赤字,缺口將由中央政府轉移支付和地方政府發債來彌補。
