恆地(00012.HK)借出元朗新田兩幅地 供政府興建臨時貨物接駁場
恆基地產(00012.HK)宣布,無償借出兩幅分別位於元朗錦壆路及新田惇裕路的土地予政府,分別佔地40萬呎及30萬呎,用作興建臨時貨物接駁場,以支援政府在香港設立非鮮活食品及其他貨物集中接駁點。
連同早前借出的前新田購物城40萬呎土地,以及江夏圍過渡性房屋項目第一期15萬呎土地,第五波疫情至今恆地已借出四幅土地,合共佔地125萬呎。
另外,恆基兆業「抗疫基金」宣布增加捐款支援全城抗疫,累計合共捐出約2,000萬元購買防疫物資,將透過多個慈善及非政府機構,送贈予前線醫護人員、安老院捨及基層人士。
