科陸電子(002121.SZ)：擬掛牌轉讓車電網27%的股權
格隆匯3月6日丨科陸電子(002121.SZ)公佈，公司擬通過公開掛牌方式轉讓持有的控股子公司深圳市車電網絡有限公司(“車電網”)27%股權。
以資產評估機構出具的評估報吿為定價參考依據，按照不低於評估值的原則，車電網27%股權在產權交易平台的掛牌底價為人民幣2.592億元，具體交易價格將按公開掛牌競價結果確定。
公吿顯示，車電網主要從事新能源汽車充電設備的研發、生產、銷售，充電網絡的建設、投資、運營維護以及相關增值服務，秉承創新驅動研發的理念，致力於為客户提供更智能、更節能、更經濟的充電解決方案。通過在公交充電市場、地產充電樁市場、主機廠隨車樁市場的不斷佈局與發展，持續加強與地方交投、城投的合作，截至2021年6月30日，車電網已累計接入充電樁數量達1.64萬台，在全國各運營商充電樁總量中排名第9位，充電站已累計達920座，在全國各運營商充電站總量中排名第10位，與行業內二十多家省市級監管平台、第三方充電平台、網約車平台等實現了互聯互通。近幾年，隨着電動汽車保有量的不斷增加，充電設備作為電動汽車發展的必要基礎設施，保持快速增長，行業估值不斷抬升。
新能源充電行業整體發展迅速、市場競爭態勢變化較快。車電網的業務模式涉及充電設備銷售、投資運營、平台加盟等多方面，為快速搶佔市場併成為行業的領軍企業，需要藉助更多資源力量推動發展。公司作為新能源產業平台及聚焦於能源領域的服務商，通過股權轉讓方式為車電網進一步引入戰略投資者，將促進車電網直接對接產業及社會資本，為充電業務發展匯聚更多資源、打開更大空間，也有助於充電業務壯大過程中與公司其它新能源服務領域核心主業協同發展。同時，公司通過此次股權轉讓將回籠部分資金、補充流動性，進一步拓展產業合作渠道，促進平台價值提升，進而實現公司整體利益最大化。
