太古地產(01972.HK)公布,與獨立第三方西安城桓文化組成的合營成功投得一幅位於西安市碑林區、佔地面積約119,906平方米的商業用地,地價25.75億人民幣。合營註冊資本36.54億人民幣,其中,太古地產須出資25.58億人民幣,持股70%。
項目將開發為一個由商業及零售物業、商業公寓、酒店及服務式公寓組成的綜合項目,太古地產估計總資本承擔70億人民幣,擬以內部資源及/或銀行信貸支付。(de/d)
